Our rental packages include the ice cream machine, ice cream mixture, and all necessary supplies (cones, cups, toppings, spoons and napkins). We also offer a friendly attendant (for a small additional charge) to ensure everything runs smoothly. 

To operate the soft serve ice cream machine, you will need a dedicated 110V, 20-amp outlet. It is crucial that this outlet is not shared with any other appliance, lighting, or electrical device. The machine requires its own separate power source to function properly and ensure optimal performance. Please make sure that the outlet meets these specifications before your event to avoid any issues with setup or operation. No refunds will be offered due to an  inadequate power source. 

Our soft serve machines are compact and require minimal space. A 6x6-foot area is usually sufficient to set up the machine, along with space for the toppings station. 

Each machine is capable of serving up to 200 guests per hour, depending on the size of the servings. 

We offer a variety of classic soft serve flavors, including vanilla, chocolate, and swirl. We can also customize the flavors based on your preferences or dietary requirements—just ask!

No! We handle everything, from setup to cleanup. Consider adding one of our friendly attendants to ensure the machine is working perfectly and that your guests are enjoying their treats!

Yes, for an additional fee we provide delivery, setup, and breakdown for your event. Our team will arrive well before your event starts to set up the machine and ensure everything is ready to go.
